Refund & Cancellation

Introduction

At ScaleUpMyBusiness (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”), we strive to offer premier services for business development, strategy, and growth tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. Our refund and cancellation policy has been designed to maintain transparency and ensure fair practice in our engagements. All requests for refunds or cancellations will be governed by this policy.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund Refund requests will only be considered if:
    • The client strictly adheres to the terms outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other relevant agreements.
    • Requests are made within the agreed timeframe, and not after the expiration of the mentorship or service subscription period.
    • The client can demonstrate significant effort and engagement as per the guidelines provided.
  2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) The SOP is a set of milestones and actionable directives customized for each client upon onboarding. It may be updated in real-time to cater to the evolving needs of the client. Adherence to the SOP is essential for eligibility for refunds.
  3. Client Obligations
    • The client is required to follow all the action items and directives set in the SOP.
    • Proof of substantial and effective implementation (e.g., screenshots, data logs, recordings) must be maintained by the client and provided when requested by ScaleUpMyBusiness.
    • Any deviation from the SOP disqualifies the client from any refund claims, as non-adherence impacts the outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation
    • Clients may choose to cancel their service subscription before the mentorship or service period concludes. However, cancellation requests after the service is delivered or past the agreed duration will not be eligible for refunds.
    • Any cancellation will only be processed upon written request and is subject to review to ensure compliance with the terms of service.
  2. Refund upon Cancellation
    • If a cancellation is approved, a prorated refund may be considered based on the time elapsed and services rendered up to the cancellation date.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days once approved.

ScaleUpMyBusiness is committed to providing education and strategic support for business growth. However, we do not offer “get rich quick” schemes or guaranteed outcomes. Success depends on the client’s active participation and implementation of the strategies outlined in the SOP.
